  • By submitting content to SIPMAA, you grant SIPMAA a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the content within the Platform.

7. Code of Conduct

  • Respect the rights of other users and avoid disruptive behavior.
  • Content shared within the Platform should be professional, appropriate, and relevant to the HR community.
  • Do not harass, intimidate, or infringe upon the rights of others.
